Yeah.... I'm using my phone to post this stuff.... so cam comes out as can. Auto correct. I'm pretty sure cam gear and cam sprocket are the same thing just different names no? Lets not nit pick.Anyways, I'm not sure if I gained any slack ill have to check after work. I was torquing it pretty...
No I didn't remove anything. I couldn't get the cam bolt loose. But when I was turning the bolts in opposing directions I was pitting a good amount of torque on the intake cam bolt and I thought I felt something spin. But I don't know what it was. Or if it was my imagination.
Thanks for the help guys. Ill post a picture of what I'm looking at later. Anyways I think that I may have messed up the timing or something when I was wrenching on the can gear. I pit everything back together and it wouldn't run. It would barely idle and if I gave it gas it would die.sound like...
I'm trying to change out my cam position sensor. How do I do it!? I know it one not but how do you get the can gear off? I have a guy who wants to biy my car and he is coming down right now so any help ASAP would be greatThanks!!!So I got in there and the cam position sensor is hooked up...
The car will start once or twice in the morning when its cold but after I drive it and shut it down it doesn't start.I turn the key and all it does is cycle the fuel pump.It doesn't turn over at all.Any ideas?
I recently installed a newer T25 on my gst. When I had my other Turbo on my vacuum stayed around 15 HG. After the swap it still ran at about 15. But recently my vacuum has decreased to 10 HG or less. So what could be the cause of this. Is it anything I should worry about?
Why? Just so i can hear how loud and obnoxious it will beAnd no, not for a long time. Probably just a few days til i get my new exhaust set up.So basically im just doing it for fun.The CEL wont make it run funny will it?
