You need to do some wire tracing. Get a test light and a friend. Have your buddy crank the car while poking the starter wire at different places between the key cylinder and the starter. I work in automotive electronics. That's the most straightforward and sure fire way to find the problem...

I'm working on a build for a 93' Talon TSi AWD. I'm shooting for the 400 hp range and I might do a light shot of NOS. Will the stock axles hold ok or should I upgrade? The trans is already being rebuilt to handle the power.
