I had a similar problem, I was getting air into the line...I checked the line and I had a small crack in it, hardly even noticeable but I replaced the line and bled it and everything is back to normal.
I'm just wondering how everyone does their dash leds: heat/ac controlls, lighter hole, key hole, cruise control, etc. Not sure what you have to take apart to get to these.
There could be a few reasons for misfire, you should check into your oxygen sensor, fuel injector, catalytic converter. I read up on this and it also could be faulty coil pack, burned exhaust valve, poor compression, or defective computer.
