I was attempting to solder in my wideband but every positive 0-5 I connected it too was drawing between 1 and 2 volts on ecm link.. Where is a good place to connect that will not draw unless key is on? Or do I have other problems? I am trying to set it up for linear logging!

Well not exactly a fpr will only control your fuel preasure you cannot over run your stock fpr on a 190.. A 255 needs a fpr most commonly. You need to probably run stock injectors until you get some way to trim it out.. like link or something.
