I already searched on this a million times to no avail. So heres the deal. I did a 4g63t swap from a 91 talon tsi to a nt 94' eclipse. The talon was a auto car that was about as stock as it could be. It was wreck with a bent frame. So that being said it should have 390cc inj. and a 13g turbo. But when I got the car and pulled the engine it has a 14b turbo (td05h on housing) Now my question is, is there anyway to look at the injs. and tell what size they are? I want to know if just the turbo has been changed ( dealer or maybe a junkyard turbo replaced by prev. owner) Or has the the whole engine been swaped from a manual car. Is there a way to tell by the number on the engine block? Any help would be great.

I can pull the number from the block and post it if that would help.

The corresponding numbers should be on the injector.

Non-Turbo 1.8L - N210H Injectors-casting #INP-057 (210cc High Impedance)
Non-Turbo 4G63 - N240H Injectors-casting #INP-059 (240cc High Impedance)
Turbo 4G63 A/T - B390L Injectors-casting #INP-008 (390cc Low Impedance)
Turbo 4G63 M/T - B450L Injectors-casting #INP-009 (450cc Low Impedance)
2G Turbo BlackTops -MDL450 casting #IPN-081 (450cc Low Impedance)
2.4 - MDH275-casting #IPN-065 (275cc High Impedance)
JDM motors that came with the B16G had yellow 510cc injectors

The two motors besides the different turbo and injectors are identical except for the cams. Someome correct me If I am wrong on this.

Sure. Pull an injector and read the markings to see which it is.
You'll note that the injector Mitsubishi used have part numbers shamped on both sides of the plastic body and connector. One side will have something like B450L and that would be a 1G 450cc low impedance injector. The 390s will have 390 in the number. I forget offhand what color the 390cc injector is but the 1G 450s are blue and the 2G version black.

Edit:Nicely done Eric. I believe that's all correct.

Thanks for the info it helped. Looks like I have a enigine from a manual car. b450l on the blue top of the inj and it has a 14 b would lead to a engine swap someone has done to the car before I got the wreckage. So guess my next question would be I have to orig. ecu from the talon which is a fed a/t ecu. Would getting a fed. m/t ecu net me any gains? And would it work in my car that still has the n/t a/t trans. For some reason I am liking this tranny. It is holding great. I know the trans has it's own tcu. But there are lines that run from the ecu to the tcu and I don't want to cause a prob there.

The lines that run between the ECU and TCU are to share signals not to talk between the two.
They work independly of each other.

The ATX ECUs will be programmed differently and won't be the best option but they will as you have noticed make the car run. Check both the '91 and '94 ECUs to see if either is a EPROM. Most of the EPROM NT ECU's I've seem came out of '94 cars. That can be converted to tiurbo EPROM ECUs if you have a doner for the turbo specific parts.

Does this apply to ND injectors as well. I was looking at mine and it says something like 9000 on them, I thought they were 720's. I Just wanted to verify their size, got them used.

The stock injectors are ND parts but not all ND injectors use this system. It may only be for injectors OEM'd my Mitsubishi. Regardless, you can look up the ND part number via Google.
