2G Need Build Help

Hey guys, i have a built 97 GST. i'd love to make 400 horsepower. if you could take a look at my build list and then pop me some suggestions thatd be nice.

Whoops sorry forgot to mention I have the 16G evo 3 turbo

they max out at 400, so you need a bigger turbo if you're not happy where it is.... what are you making right now?

You could probably push 400 on E85 with the 16g

I'm not sure what I'm pushing, this Saturday I get it all tuned with ecmlink V3 finally. The guy said I could make an easy 300hp on a conservative tune (don't wanna break shit easily) now what would you recommend for the bigger turbo? I always hear the 20G getting thrown around
