have some volk racing wheels i was looking to get repaired but none of my friends seem to be able to point me in the right direction. anyone familiar with any southeast coast shops or whatever that can repair a forged wheel?

Google it. When I was searching for a welding/fab shop I came across a company that does wheel repair that's right down the street from me. If there aren't any in your area then you'll probably need to send it out.

yeah lots of companys on line do it. if its not overly damaged get a propane solder torch heat the lip up and beat it into shaped, have the crack welded by a good competent professional welder, take the wheel to a tire shop and have them make sure its round and balanced. then if you are using them for racing have the wheel re-heat treated (or cryoed) and then have it painted, powder coated, or polished.

its easier to ship it off though, i have a set of wheels in my basement i need to fix but my argon tank leaks and i have not had a chance to get it filled yet. my poor spool gun hasn't been used in ages.

you would think if i can afford volk racing wheels i would know how to google, i found nothing specific that's why i posted this.
I live in Charlotte, I was surprised I haven't heard of any services in the city thus far. I'm willing to send it out I just need to know who or where does it that is REPUTABLE, not some random online site

The best thing is too look around online and check out the reviews and ask them about what they do and quality of the work they do, and warranty seems the easiest thing to do since any shop can call themselves reputable. Ive seen shops do that before hell right here on this site. Call around.

Guess you never heard of the phrase "more money than brains."

Try this.
Let me google that for you

Or a more broader search
Let me google that for you

Guess this question was too much for you to handle, was looking for someone actually familiar with a southeast shop not just simple google searches which ive already looked into :hmm: thank you for your time anyway
