Alright.. This is just my oppinion and is no way men't to be disrespectful I have read the rules and i understand its forbidden but why...? I understand street racing being forbidden being its dangerous and all... But whats soo wrong with bench racing? Whats wrong with comparing Cars? Maybe not all people can go to the strip alot... So i don't see the harm in it? It's fun to compare and talk about racing. I just don't see why the rules are so Harsh. Just my 0.2cents.

Bench racing on here is listing your mods and asking how much hp/tq you're going to make. Obviously everyone's car is different and there are many factors involved in rating other people's cars, so accurately estimating people's goals is impossible. There were so many new threads asking about it that it's easier to just say no more, seeing as how you will never get an accurate response anyways.

But it's still fun.. I think it's interesting to see what people have and what people want to race.. This v.s That is always interesting.. What are we suppose to just talk about maintence and modding all the time? No fun?

You do understand that we have threads such as the 14b race discussion thread that deal with exactly racing, correct?

If you want to talk about bench racing, use the link provided above.

The issue is that there are just too many variables to accurately predict an outcome. Yes, if we make a lot of assumptions, we can guess. But we don't like to get into this because if you say "Yes with this setup you'll make 800hp and beat 90% of cars at the drag strip", then the person will come back and whine when they only make 400hp and lose to 70% of cars they race.
