The Vendor Announcement forum is dedicated to our Supporting Vendors and was put in place so that they can communicate directly with our members. Only DSMtuners Supporting Vendors are allowed to start threads here. All non-vendors are allowed to reply to these threads to ask questions about the announcements. The only type of Vendor announcements that should be posted are product updates, Group Buys, press releases about your shop, and special offers for the DSM community.

There are a few rules we ask our Supporting Vendors (and all members) to follow in this forum when they post. They are:

1. No Vendor is to undermine an announcement posted by another Vendor, either by way of posting a competing thread or via PM's or emails to the members. If someone is selling a turbo for "X" dollars, do not go and post a cheaper price after them trying to steal their thunder. This isn't meant to be a place for pricing wars. We ask that you wait at least 4 weeks before posting an identical special. We will not allow this to become a hostile environment between Supporting Vendors.

2. Only participate in your own shop's thread. Do not post replies in other Supporting Vendors' threads.

3. Please limit your shop's number of announcements to 2 new threads per week, and a maximum of 8 per month. You'll notice that when there are replies to a thread that the thread does not rise to the top of the forum. This is to prevent vendors from "bumping" their threads back to the top for more exposure by replying to their thread excessively.

4. If you're a Supporting Vendor and are posting a product release, be sure and post a link to your site where members can find more information about the product, or an email link. There should be enough information provided in your thread (or on your website) to answer all potential questions a member would have and prevent the need to reply multiple times with follow up info.

5. If you're a member replying to an announcement posted by a Supporting Vendor, you are not to use this forum as a place to post a complaint about customer service or flame the Supporting Vendor in any way for any reason. If you have have a complaint about one of our Supporting Vendors, click here to find out the correct way to voice your complaint offline. If you have some constructive criticism about the announcement, PM or email the Vendor. Using this forum to post your complaints or publicly criticize our Supporting Vendors will get you a warning and your post will be removed.


These rules may be changed at any time, please check back each time you post an announcement to make sure you're not violating them. We don't want this forum to turn into a contest of who can post the most to keep their threads at the top. Contact us to become a Supporting Vendor here...
