Thermal spacer for the 95-99 2G DSM & EVO 7-9 4G63 Intake Manifold. Thermal Spacers used to decrease the overall intake temperature and increase charge density for turbo applications. Made of 1/4 thick Phenolic composite for long lasting durability.

Ordered. The post office dosent like my work for some reason. So sent it to my house. I hate USPS they said my main bearing was undeliverable to my work and sent them back to STM when they delivered a package not even a week earlier to my work blah. Sorry for the rant.

I'm sure you guys have real world testing of this product but care to share the results? Also, is it possible to have one without the EGR cutout?

If I recall we fixed that with tapping the egr hole in the head with a 1/4 NTP thread. And plugged it with a steel pipe thread plug.

Just received mine today. Do I need an intake gasket for each side of this spacer or will it seal good on its own?

We recommend using 2 gaskets, but some guys don't use any with these. Another alternative would be a thin coat of *spray paint* and install while tacky (I have been told this works great).
