90-94 1G DSM 4G63 Intake Manifold Thermal Spacers



Thermal spacer for the 90-94 1G DSM 4G63 Mitsubishi Eclipse / Eagle Talon / Plymouth Laser used to decrease the overall intake temperature and increase charge density for turbo applications. Made of 1/4 thick Phenolic composite for long lasting durability.

We recommend using 2 gaskets, but some guys don't use any with these. Another alternative would be a thin coat of *spray paint* and install while tacky (I have been told this works great).

Throttle body spacers may come in the future. Intake manifold spacers are a lot easier since 2 sizes cover the full DSM range.

I should mention that we have found a coating for these that looks pretty promising at replacing the need for any gaskets. We will be testing this and affirming this process works and then adding this across the board.
