NXS Motorsports - Introducing our new Signature Series boost controllers

Hi,

My name is Phil Robertson and I am the owner of NXS Motorsports. Our company has been manufacturing and selling manual boost controllers for about eight years now. In the past, we've offered substantial discounts to members of DSMtuners. You guys have been great to us and now we'd like to share our newest offering with the community...

Introducing our:

Crafted from T6061 anodized aluminum, this spiffy little unit offers added performance and style to any turbo setup.

Features:
  • Chrome or ceramic ball options available
  • 3/16" or 1/4" plated hose barbs
  • Six colors to chose from
  • Stainless steel spring
  • Lifetime warranty
  • Free shipping

The Signature Series unit retails for $49.95. We decided to offer our famous "DSM Discount" on this model as well. Take 25% off the price when using the code: dsmtuners

Internal Views:

Our Upgraded Classic Design:

As always, we still offer our famous design. We've upgraded the unit to include a stainless steel adjustment screw and locknut. This was originally $24.95, but is now being offered in place of the classic design. Simply order the $19.95 version and get a free upgrade including the new parts. For even more savings, take an additional 25% off using our "DSM Discount" code: dsmtuners

Our site offers boost controller kits, silicone vacuum hose, and other accessories. We keep all offerings in stock and offer discounts when buying in bulk. If you're interested in becoming a reseller of our products, we would love to add you to our team.

We're here to support our fellow turbo and DSM enthusiasts. Should you have any questions or comments, please feel free to email or PM us and we'll respond as quickly as possible. Thanks for your time and support!

That was fast! Thanks for being the first one to take advantage of our offer. This will ship out in the morning. I'd also like to say bravo for opting for the ceramic ball bearing. I hope you like it!

Thanks for the interest. If the wastegate itself is set to open at 18 psi, then you can use this boost controller to run between 18 psi and about 30 psi. If you have an interest in running more than 30 psi, we can definitely get you a spring that will handle more boost. If you have any other questions, just let us know.

Thanks!

Ideally, this should last for many years to come. As long as there is enough interest and demand, we will continue to offer our parts at the discounted price.

Thanks!

Are the holes for the bars threaded with 1/8" npt threads? I use quick connect fittings, but love the look of this boost controller.

Thanks for the interest. The holes on Classic design use the 1/8" NPT threading. The Signature Series unit uses 10/32" threaded holes. The barbs on this model have a captured o-ring and just the right amount of grip to keep the hoses secured.

No problem. I do appreciate the business. In theory, the ceramic ball is lighter, which should offer a faster response time once the ball starts to move. While I would love to hype it up further, I've never been able to gauge a noticeable difference when using the ceramic ball. I've just had such a demand to offer it that we decided to do so. Perhaps someone else could chime in and give their thoughts.

As for the kind words and feedback from the rest of you, I'm touched. It feels great to have helped out and offered something that garners so much appreciation. We are dedicated to offering the community nothing but the best. This couldn't have happened without your support.

A big thanks to all of you!

Is there a "in cockpit" extension that you can offer? I might just invest money into this.

That is a great idea, but unfortunately, we don't have anything like that available right now. You can always install it inside the vehicle and just run a set of vacuum lines through the firewall, but we recommend keeping the lines as short as possible. This model was designed to accept upgrades down the road, so I definitely think we can incorporate something like that in the future. Thanks for the suggestion and we will be sure to let you know if and when that becomes available.

The response from this community has been amazing. Thanks so much for embracing and supporting our company. We look forward to the continued business and the ability to offer you guys more specials soon.

Have a good one!
