Turbosmart Comp-Gate40 40mm External Wastegate
Turbosmart’s brand new 40mm external wastegate was designed to fit into tight engine bays while still offering superior flow and heat handling capabilities. The revolutionary new actuator housing is 25% smaller than our current range and allows for easy spring changes and gives the ability to index the cap orientation in 12 different positions.
Applications
Suitable for all turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Street and racing applications. Flanges suit 1.75” outside diameter pipe.

Turbosmart Hyper-Gate45 Wastegate (TiAL 44mm Compatible)
Completely redesigned for 2011, the new Hyper-Gate45 is a 45mm external wastegate designed with minimum size and maximum flow in mind. Smaller and lighter than the previous model, the new Hyper-Gate45 features a unique locking collar design. Tested and proven under the most demanding racing conditions, the new Turbosmart Hyper-Gate45 provides an excellent way of reliably controlling boost in a wide range of applications.

Turbosmart Pro-Gate50 Wastegate TS-0502-1001
A new, smaller and lighter body provides an improved flow path and temperature resistance. Shielded diaphragm housing ensures excellent heat handling capabilities while a one-piece high-temp stainless steel valve provides strength and reliability.
APPLICATION
Suitable for most high performance turbocharged vehicles with an external wastegate turbo system. Easy upgrade – fits onto the old Pro-Gate or Power-Gate weld flange.
