they dont, but they do come with the flange to make the dump tube.

Nope, bolts right on. its a mitsu flanged turbine housing.

We are heading into the slow time of year (holiday's) and we do not want to carry all of the inventory for the next two months... so if we have it in stock right now, its going to be a great deal!
