UPDATE
Will this kit work with a 15" wheel??
The kit comes with a barrel spacer for spacing the caliper to the radial bracket. See item number 14. This spacer can be reduced to about .220" and when the kit is supplied with an 11.75" rotor (all the same three types as 12.2) you will have a kit that will fit inside a 15" wheel.
Note that the caliper body will be very close to or touching the spar of the radial bracket. If it is touching and the pads are not flush with the outer radius of the rotor you may need to file/grind a bit from the spar to allow clearance or air gap between the caliper and bracket. By the numbers is "looks like" about .005" of air gap without any filing. That's cutting it a bit close, I'd prefer to have more gap.

Booted pistons are often preferred for all weather protection against road salt and grime wher the caliper will seldom be cleaned and simply neglected. SS pistons are the better choice for higher temps where heat rejection is more important and given pads are changed more often things are kept clean via manually doing so. Booted represent about 5% of the total sales maybe that I've done in nearly 15yrs. They are a bit overrated in my opinion.
GT rotor will be slotted. And the preferred choice again for high temp use over the lighter straight vane part which is more for the dd and the drag racer.

Aluminum? Seriouly, all iron rotors are going to rust. Even the plated ones in time.

As far as overall stopping "power" they're probably very similar. They are not 13 or 14" rotor and large six pots. However with the lighter weight caliper, improved air flow rotor and chick change pads there are certainly gains to be had in many ways. Back to back is one going to stop 30ft shorter than the other; I doubt it.

Standard would be the dust booted caliper. SS by request. And no red on that.
There are no options on disc size. 12.19 x .810 is the only size. Three flavors of it; standard, GT and SRP. (see the Wilwood links to rotors above for more details)
