What's the difference between mechanical and electronic gauges for those wondering?
edit: I took a quick look at their website and they have a brief explanation of this: "By using an electrical sender, only electrical wire needs to be run to the back of the gauge instead of tubing. This reduces the chances of having kinks in the boost line as it snakes up to the back of the gauge." I also figure that it eliminates having to run a boost line to that gauge and also fuel lines or things like that so it is definitly a must have.

After 9 months mine was dead on the same as a friends brand new Defi that I tried out quick before he installed. And an electric boost gauge is going to send an electrical signal to the gauge from a sender under the hood. Mechanical means the vacuum/boost line is run directly into the back of the gauge.

The gauges are nice and accurate. I bought them direct but they really are a good gauge for the price.

Prosport is not new, many have tried it and have been very satisfied. If I hadn't bought a complete set from autometer not too long ago, I'd definitely jump on these bad boys. The amber color matches really well too.

I have the premium Peak/Hold EGT and Boost and Elec Oil Pressure Gauges. TOP NOTCH QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME!
All my friends ask me where I got those gauges and love them - everyone asks if they're the Defi Gauges. I simply say no, they're Prosport, just as good, you don't need a controller, and they're less than 1/2 the price.
One of my buddy is kicking himself - he's got all 4 defi gauges for $900+ I paid $210 shipped for my 3. Do the math. These are a hell of a deal and they kick a**.

I have the Peak/Hold Premium 52mm gauges (boost and oil pressure) and I can't praise them enough. Super easy to wire and the daisy-chain feature is great for pillar installs. Accuracy is not an issue, my Mityvac agrees with the boost gauge every single time, whether it be in vacuum or boost.

amber is slightly dark during the day - I wire them so they're bright white with the lights off... then when you turn the lights on it matches factory amber. there's instructions on how to do it when you buy the gauges. it's awesome!
