GROUP BUY - SS Heatshield for FP Cast Manifold
Due to popular demand we have decided to start a group buy on our stainless steel heatshields for the FP cast manifold. Hopefully you all had a chance to take advantage of the recent group buy FP had on their manifold, the design and quality of it is top notch!
If your looking to dress up your engine bay some more or just keep the temps of surrounding parts down a bit then we have what your looking for! Our heatshield is made from 16ga. 304 stainless steel and secures itself to the manifold without any welding or drilling. They are available in a brushed or polished finish at no extra charge.
The pricing of the heatshield will be based around the number sold; we need to sell 5 in order to get this going. We will require a $20 non-refundable deposit unless the minimum quantity is not met. The deposit and final balance can be paid with Paypal, Visa, or Mastercard. If paying with Paypal our account is sales@jmfabrications.com , please include all your contact info, screen name, and the finish requested on the heatshield. For Visa/MC users please call the shop at 215-703-3721 and we will get your info over the phone.
On to the pricing…….the retail for this heatshield is $95:
QTY 5-9: $85.50 ea.
QTY 10-14: $80.75 ea.
QTY 15-19: $76.00 ea.
QTY 20+: $71.25 ea.
Shipping for 1 heatshield within the 48 US states will be a flat rate of $12. If you purchase more then 1 heatshield add $3 each for shipping. AK, HI, and International orders will be charged an actual rate. This group buy will run until Friday March 14th 6pm EST. Once the group buy has finished the heatshields will ship in the order deposits were placed, some heatshields will ship within 3 days of closing. Depending on how many are sold it could take up to 2 weeks for all heatshields to ship. Please direct all questions to jim@jmfabrications.com , I will try to check and update this thread as often as I can. I think that about covers it all!
Thanks for your support,
Jim

I see there's no wastegate cutout but it look like there's a external wastegate right?

All FP turbos have the wastegate outlet casted into the turbine housing, hence your reasoning.
p.s., I'm in. Let's start a list

Me too. I hope we can get at least 15. So this clamp goes around the base of the manifold and the shield bolts to it?

The heatshield should work with almost all turbos, if you have an aftermarket Jpipe or an O2 housing with external that sits up high some trimming may be required. Shipping to Canada via US mail will be $25, I can ship via UPS but the cost will probably be double.

Exactly, the $20 deposit locks in your place. We can have 20 people say they are in but the actual count depends on how many people put down deposits. A few people may back out which could affect the pricing so until the deposit is made you wont be put on the official list. I will keep track of everything and once the GB is over you will all be contacted for the remaining amount due.

I asked for this a few weeks ago,
Got shot down and had to buy one normal price.
Was well worth it.
W/ the backet its a little extra work but pays off.
