Polished looks pretty nice for the first few weeks but it will turn a gold color from the heat. You also have to clean it often to keep a least a little bit of shine. I personally like brushed, no maintenance!
You still have time to decide though.

Yes, if you would like to pay now just to get it over with just send the final payment and put in the notes "REMAINING BALANCE" or something like that. Your more then welcome to wait until the GB is over as well.

mmmm... decisions decisions. I all but had my mind made on polished. I had one of your polished oem mani shields and it looked great. I may go brushed.

So ($71.25 + $12) - $20 = $63.25 is remaining balance?

So if I don't want the polish one. Would I pay the same price for the brushed one compared to the polish one? I am ready to send the payment just need this to be answered.

So I know on the FP Mani thread some of you guys were talking about engine temps going up after putting even the coated version on. Does anyone have any data on this? Does anyone know how much this heat shield would then reduce engine temps?

No, as per Jim's original statement, they will be shipped after the GB is over and in the order in which deposits were placed.

Is there any chance, perhaps at slight additional cost, I could get a notch cut out for my egt probe installed in the upper right (1st runner) location on the fp race manifold? It's installed in the round raised "dot" on the manifold just in front of the flange (it's obvious what I'm talking about if you take a look at the manifold). I'd prefer a clean cut done by you folks during manufacturing than an ugly half-assed one done by my dremel.
