I was worried about it being very tight between the compressor housing inlet and the transmission? Is this thing going to require a custom manifold to raise the turbo up enough to clear anything larger than a 20g?

Surprisingly, no. There's a good amount of space around the turbo. Once we max out this turbo we're going to be working on a turbo kit for the car...anything from a 30r to a 42r. Can't wait!

Just put the finishing touches on the new setup in the IX. Threw a base tune into it to get her started so I still need to tune it.
HTA 35r
JMF tubular exhaust manifold
GSC S2 cams
GSC dual valve springs
1050s
Bosch 044
etc...
Quick video for your viewing pleasure...

Thanks! Specs...well, there really isn't much.
Stock block
Cosworth headgasket
ARP L19s
GSC s2 cams
GSC dual valve springs
supertech 1mm oversized valves.
So basically it's a built head on a stock block.

I was really pissed at first when I found out the 4g63 wasn't going to be in the evo anymore, but DAMN the 4b11 responds well to mods! Curious how well the aluminum block will hold up when the boundaries get pushed.
Thank you by the way! I love back to back dyno tests
