The nuts and bolts are stock still. I really need to get them replaced. As for that crack, I haven't noticed it till you pointed it out. I'm going to verify if it is a crack tomorrow morning. As for the rust, I don't know what to say. The rest of the manifold is fine. It's just around the flange that's the problem.

Honestly other than the studs and nuts thats not that bad, but still you would think the ceramic coating would prevent any rust. That would indicate that the coating may not be adhearing well.
Anyone else have a similar looking manifold from this group buy?

I checked the manifold and it's not a crack. I don't know where that came from in the picture. I would say I put around 2k miles on it?

I love this manifold; looks good when coated, a lot more functional than the stock manifolds, and performs really well. However, with the offset of the flange from the extended #1 runner, it puts you in a complicated situation when using big turbos with any sort of upgrade oil return line. Often, you'll have to cut part of the mount out or use some sort of super push-lock return line to keep it from kinking at the base of the oil pan. Just a FYI.
Otherwise, great manifold. Just expect to have SOME problems when using different return lines with bigger turbos ( >16g's )

I didn't do an exact comparison with the mani's off but I believe the FP mani puts the turbo in pretty much the same, if not the same as the stocker? I do know my turbo fits in the same location as one of the bolts on the compressor housing hit the end of my balance shaft tunnel on the block, it did this with both the stocker & the FP. So I would say they locate the turbo in the same position. While I don't have a 1g, so don't have personal experience with this, I've seen plenty of threads of guys having issues with their front torque mount & larger turbos with the stock exhaust mani as well. So I don't think this issue is specific to the FP mani.

How do you guys tighten the last bottom bolt (14mm). Right next to the powersteering pump. I cannot fit a swivel or a wrench, socket in there.
