No you dont have to order the bolt kit. I just had some o2 housing bolts laying around and they work perfectly.

I would replace them with new ones, unless your current bolts have low miles on them and not too many heat cycles.

how will this manifold perform on a 14b? at about 18-21psi or a FP td05 18g? as far as performance and spool ect.. ? im running a ipt auto so i need quicker spool.. i tried doing some research and didnt really confirm anything, but about 200 prm quicker on a s16g? someone said something to me about it hurting the performance on smaller turbo's any clue?

I'm looking for info on this as well. I purchased the coated version and I want to make sure, when I drill it, that it won't chip off around the drilled point or anything. Most people tap on the #1 runner because they say it runs "the leanest" IIRC.

I sent my paypal info almost a week ago and thats gone all to crap so far because Aniel told me that the guy who has access to the paypal payments is the owner and last the guy looked they didnt have nothing down for me, and hes hard to reach because he hasnt been at the shop or something. So now i have to wait till monday just in hopes that the guy will show up to take care of my order, so i can finally get the damn thing shipped... Lucky me huh...

Sucks man. Must be luck of the draw. Be patient cause it's worth it in the end.
Here's some pictures of it after a week of hard daily driving.
Before:
After:
I personally don't like the color after being heat treated. Kinda looks like a sickly green. But the it looks good nonetheless on the car. Notice the missing stud on the top left. Gotta fix that soon. I took real care to not get any grease on it before the heat treatment. I had gloves and everything. But then I went overboard with the antiseize and that got everywhere. Even on the radiator hose. Also the loose oxygen sensor wire must be solved as well. Don't know where to put it. The thought of it getting caught in my fan doesn't appeal very much.

Zip tie it to the fan housing. I'm running mine behind the water pipe but it is also wrapped in a heat shield material.

I had the stock manifold. Not much gains but that's because I'm still running the T-25. Just faster spooling. Mine usually spools around 2.5k RPMs but it decreased to around 2.3k. I did a comparison picture between the two collector openings and FP is way bigger. The stock sits flush with the T-25 so unless I change out the turbo, gains are minimal.

Any word on the group buy end date? I am thinking since they put them in the income tax sale that the sale will be going a good bit longer. I hope so. I get paid friday!

I ordered mine and got the tracking number in like an hour and a half. I'll be running the 14b for a few weeks once I put my head back on until I get the fuel setup for my 16g. I'll let ya know.
I'm stoked.
