Any kind of feedback on these coilovers or is someone going to be guinea pigging them for our cars?

I have not found out much about Yonaka other than product listings when doing a Google search. I did find a mention of the coilovers on another forum (for Hondas...yeah I was desperate to find out anything about these). This guy was looking for coilovers in general, and here's what he said:

Okay, I did a more extensive search and found some more reviews. The K-sport has many positive votes as for initial impression. So far, no longevity yet. D2 - rare, not that many review, mixed. Megan Racing claimes to be Buddyclub rebadged? Omnipower get the budget vote - 650. Tein's get the popularity and name brand but has bad reviews about rusting out. Yonaka = the least favorite.

Here's the link to the thread: Honda-Tech.com: Suspension: Best Quality and bang for the bucks Full Coilovers?
It was 3 years ago, so maybe things have improved. I did notice that the spring rates listed above for DSM's are the same rates listed for every car these are made to fit on. Is that typical?

Mmm…, they look decent. They should be better than just throwing on lowering springs on a stock strut, so for those that want just the cool factor and have a lowered car, they may be good for that. I would be curious to see how well the perform, that’s a dang cheap out-of-the-box setup.

Auto’s have the transmission cooler lines running through the radiator. My guess would be this radiator does not have that capability.

like me, i was going to get some lowering springs and throw them on stock struts. I will defiantly be waiting to hear some feedback on these.

Because it doesn't have the bracket to hold the transmission fluid line. But I think you will be fine to put the radiator on.

The radiator is a good piece. I had this on my setup. I have seen many others sell this radiator and just label it under thier shop name, but its a fully tig welded 2" core aluminum radiator. Very nice addition. Much better than that mishimoto crap 1" core.

However, this leads me back to a question I asked a little farther up. And that is, is it normal for coilovers to have a standardized spring rate from one car to another? The Yonaka info I've found lists the spring rates as the same for each vehicle they are offered for. Is that because, as coilovers, they are adjustable, not only for height, but also for stiffness?
I'm a bit confused, and know little about coilovers and how they work.

The reason I consider them far off, is because the rears are 50% of the fronts. If you are running the stiff on the front you would want a stiffer rear spring.
