It would be on the works as our next project with enough people interested. Yes it can be taken on or off

I know I'm not the only one that does this, but when I visit a website, the first thing I do is look up the contact info. If there isn't a phone number AND a street address, I won't buy from them. I think it's pretty shady to only give an e-mail address for contact. Not that you would do anything to screw people over but, you very easily could. I can't think of any good reason why you wouldn't have more contact info.

We're an online store. Being an online store and having minimum overhead costs helps us offer lower prices. We've sold many items and many dsmtuners members could vouch for our business practices.
You doing business with an online store is your personal preference and we respect that.

Material Selection
Hi, I was wondering what resin do you use to make the parts? (ie Iso Polyester, Vinylester or Epoxy) Also how many layers of CF do you use? Any core material and if so what material? What Manufacturing technique do you use? (ie Wet hand layup, Vartm, RTM) Im trying to gain an understanding of the quality of your parts. I like the Idea of CF doors and the weight reduction, but if it is made from Ortho P'ester and 2 ply CF im concerned. Last question, are your molds made from CF as well to match the CTE of the parts? Thanks!

We drive unibody cars, there is no point in doing cf quarter panels as you wouldn't be able to bolt them on.

I'll will get all the details from the manufacturer, but I doubt we will post answers to everything. If we give out all the secrets anyone can find a manufacturer who has a mold ready and buy carbon fiber sheets. That would ruin our chances of making sales.

I understand that you dont want to give out secrets and I respect that. Im looking for an understanding of the quality your manufacturer is providing.

The resin used is polyester resin. Vinylester is a bit tricky to work with and epoxy is expensive and not worth the cost. most customers are not willing to pay that sort of price. We use one layer CF and 1~2 layers fiberglass usually chop-strand matt. Woven can be requested but there is a possibility of print through and warpage is the appropriate number of layers are not applied.
Core material is not used unless requested or required. Appropriate core material is used unless otherwise requested by customer. Typical technique used is wet lay-up. We can also bag the part but that is done only on request. Epoxy is used when bagged. Appropriate charges are applied to the final invoice.
Not familiar with Ortho P’ester. Customers can request a specific resin matrix to accommodate needs. Molds are made of FRP. Appropriate tooling gel is used for the mold surface with specific mil thickness. FRP is multi layered with structured frame support. Thermal transfer and print-through are considered when constructing each mold.
Structural integrity of each part should not be an issue unless there is a specific request from the customer to lighten specific area(s). In such case(s) the customer is informed of the requested parts strengths and weaknesses.
