I spoke with Amber on the phone regarding the manifold coating, she said either is $50, just that there are some black ones available in the group buy. I asked what was difference between the coatings and she says the bronze is a dipped coating (as opposed to sprayed and baked), but otherwise isn't necessarily better than the black.

I was wondering that myself. Also where did you get those mount tabs for the radiator?

When I ordered my mani in the last group buy it took a couple days for Amber to get back to me. I am sure they are pretty busy between the two group buys. I would give it a few days before getting concerned. Heres a pic of the mani after some use, it has faded in color.

I e-mailed her yesterday as well but decided on my way home from work to just give them a call. It took two trys to not get voice mail but once I got an answer she took my info over the phone and I got a tracking number via e-mail this morning
Looks like I should have it by the weekend if everything goes good

I also received my tracking number last night for a bronze coated one, It will be here on friday. I chose the new bronze coating because the local dsmers who ordered this manifold with the original coating were not happy at all.
It did not keep underhood temperatures lower as advertised and some even complained of peeling after only 1k miles. A few of them complained to FP and they said "they would look into it" so I'm hoping this new coating does what the old coating was supposed to and didn't.
Besides, I like the way the bronze coating looks a lot better than the black .
