As I am still a noob to trim sizing and all, Here is what I think I would like.

mount to EIII manifold, work well with bc280's, external gate on o2, be able to get me to 450whp+ and still be able to spool at a decent rpm so I can drive this car daily.

Let me know your suggestion and prices.

With your goals I'd suggest a 50 trim...either journal bearing our dual ball bearing. The 50 trim is a GREAT street/strip turbo. You will be extremely happy with it.

We carry SS braided -4 AN feed lines for $50 and return lines are $75 and up depending on what type of line you choose.
