Just looking for any reviews on this turbo. From what I gathered while searching it seems to be a 60-1 in a PTE housing and labled 580 for the 580hp it made. If there is anybody here that is running one I'd like to hear your thoughts on it. Any dyno's or timeslips post em up. Im looking to make in the 400hp range on pump gas and was thinking about going with this turbo.

Thanks

I had one. It is indeed a 60-1. Slow spool. Needs big boost to make big power. At 25psi on 114 octane it made 447whp. The SCM61 is a better turbo IMO. Plus it spools faster. We made 442whp on pump gas on Ludachris' car at 21psi. Same dyno. It is a good turbo, just not pump gas friendly. I say 132whp on race gas.

I had one. It was not a 60-1 (at least not mine). It was a 61mm (GT35) compressor with a GT35 turbine. Standard journal bearing, bolt on Mitsu.

Sorry. Brain fart. Disregard my statement. I was thinking of something else.
