I just got my b2k data cable yesterday and was all excitied and went out and hooked it up. i loaded tunerstein onto my palm (handspring visor prism v3.5.2) and hooked it to the cable. it comes up and says "serial connect open, try a soft reset." so i come in and reload the program and go back out and get the same error. so i come in and load mmcd and try that, i can't get a signal with that either. has anyone else had problems with the b2k cable or could it possibly be my palm?
thanks

I bought a cable from www.dsmparts.com and had the same problem. I called them and they sent me a second one and it did the same thing. Their customer support was great even though their cable didn't work for me. I ended up buying the pocket logger cable and it works perfectly with their software, tunerstien, or mmcd.
