Debating over the HKS super-afr or the Apex s-afc. or are they others that i should consider?.

Just get the AFC. It's better and more people will be able to help you tune it.

Later,

The AFC has been used for years. That is what I would recommend. If you wanted to try something new looking into the Greddy Emanage. It seems like it has lots of capablities.

SAFC... works really well & you'll have 1000s of dsmers that can tell you how to tune it.

I have been reluctant to come right out and ask for setup-specific tuning help, not because of this board, but because of the OTHER board. They will flame the hell out of you (or provide you with a handy-dandy RRE link:rolleyes: ) before they even think of answering you. These guys have been helpful though.:D

i agree with everyone else.. though Ive heard nothign bad about the HKS unit most people use the AFC and why not go with whats proven to work

Well there is a first for everything ;), the AFR has no type of load/throtle correction. If you add 10% at 3k you get +10% at idle and WOT. Makes it impossible to get very good driveability while being tuned for WOT.
