the Digital Tuning one is great, but if you can't afford it, there are cheaper alternatives.

There is a guy in Canada named Martin Standish who has made a cable that allows you to connect either a laptop or a Palm to your 1G. There is also some freeware out there that will log for ya.

So it can cost you very little. The cables are $60 Canadian, the software is free. If you have a laptop or palm already thats it!! If you need one a used Palm is like $50.

I'd dig up the links for ya, but you can find em, its all over the place.
