my car gets about 12mpg and runs like crap, i looked to see if i had the 1st o2 and i didnt, there was no spot for it on the downpipe and the connector under the intake is just hangin there. should i just drill a hole and weld a 22mm bolt on? i'm waitin on tax returns to snag a highflow cat and header/downpipe since i already have a catback. could i just unplug the 2nd o2 and plug it into the 1st connector?

If you have no cat on the car now then, yes you could... Not sure what effect it will have, having the O2 sensor that far back though. That is a lot of exhaust pipe for the exhaust to travel through before it hits the o2 sensor.

You sure it's not there? It's pretty far back on the 4g64. It's behind the flex section pointing straight up.

I'm 100% sure. Theres one right after the cat and right below the rear of the engine but that one is missing. Theres a plug for it but no hole in the flexpipe thats aftermarket
