mods are hks cams, eb16g, 660cc, safc, wideband.jst ordered my wally 255, and aeromotive afpr.
my question is where should i set my fuel pressure.
i'm going to be tunning it to about 20psi and a 10.6 ratio. (whats the safest ratio i can do?)

There are 1.6 million threads already asking this question, use the search next time. 43.5 psi is base pressure on a 2g with the vacuum line disconnected while its idling. When I ran 660's with similar mods that you have my SAFC settings looked like this...
Lo Thrtl:
1K +-2 2K -4 3K -6 4K -10 5K -10 5.5K -10 6K -10 7K -10
Hi Thrtl:
1K -21 2K -23 3K -24 4K -23 5K -22 5.5K -22 6K -21 7K -18

and my thottle points were Lo - 30% & Hi - 80%
