Waterford,
ok sooo here we go.... First
I am working on a 95 eagle talon with a 6 bolt swap..
Working with a green top CAS
Car came to me without runnin....
I went to turn it over and i have spark on only the right side of the coil pack at first...
So i went and traced alll the wires back on the CAS and COil pack and found that the signal wire for the 2g cam angle sensor was wired into the wrong 1g cas pin...
So i swapped these around and used RRE's wiring diagram to make sure the rest of the wires where in the right spot!
So this is my problem everything is wired per RRE diagram
I am getting 12vlts to both sides of the coils on the hot side.. "this makes sense since they are wired in series..
The problem i am gettin is the blue and orange signal wire from the left side of the coil back doesn't look like it is allowing to complete the circut.. I get about 2.5 3 volts on the ground side of the coil pack.. On the other ground side (right side thats sparking) i get the same voltage coming out...
Since the 12 volts on the left coil back doesn't leave the pack heats up do to the 12 volts going in and only 2 volts coming up so it is pretty much acting like a cap...
HAS ANYONE had this problem and if so what are ## thoughts...
