Help with lo throttle tuning with wbo2

Im just wondering what throttle percentage I should be tuning the lo throttle at. Ive been doing around 20%. I get a good 14.7 afr around there but that causes my mid to run 10.0 flat rich on the wbo2, then when I get into the wot settings everything is ok.

I just dont want to burn up the motor at cruising for some dumb reason. Should I tune a little higher around 30%? If I do that it causes real lo throttle around 10-15% to run fully lean. Thanks guys.
