EVOscan HP calculation

I know that EVOscan like DSMlink just does a calculation off engine parameters like speed/acceleration, weight of vehicle, drive train ratios, barometer, air temp, coefficient drag, tire diameter. But how accurate is the calculation? Has anyone compared numbers with a dyno session? Just curious because below is a 3rd gear pull after tuning my hi throttle settings with evoscan and my wide band. Just would like to know how accurate it is. It’s still a good means to see if I am making improvements on my tune and bolt on parts. Also was wondering if anyone has the frontal square footage area of the 99 eclipse? Thanks
