Anyway he/you could PM me the gsc file for the emanage? I probably won't be able to just plug it in and run since every car is different. I just wanted to know what he popped in for injector size, fuel trim levels and such so I don't run too rich or lean on the drive to the dyno. I don't trust myself to tune it with a narrow band and I'm buying up other parts before investing in a wideband since the dyno will have one. I'd rather burn theirs than mine since I pay the same either way.
Thanks again and if I run into any of the same problems and find a solution I'll be sure to pass it on to you guys.

Your best bet is get a wbo2 and set your map up to your car and not use anyone elses.
Okay let's just get the basics then. Did he/you set the injector size to 1050cc with 440cc stock or did you do some voodoo math to compensate for the 75% energy factor of e85? I'm not planning on throwing 30 degrees of advance on my car just because someone else says they did I'm just trying to get a baseline fuel map so I can actually drive the car to the dyno (with afore mentioned WO2) and get a good solid map. Also if he/you had to clamp at any particular point so I can tell the tuner to watch for it around a certain area. I'm not trying to rip your setup off, I'm just trying to get there so I can HAVE a setup. If I just wanted to copy and paste someone else's setup I guess I could have followed the crowd with a dsmlink or a soul-eating Honda but I chose an emanage dude. I allready expect to be running pig-rich on the drive over just for safeties sake but I also don't really want to foul out all the plugs and sensors 2 miles out either.
The more DSM's that (successfully) run an emanage, the more people will consider it an alternative...

The car had 550's before and injector compensation set for 550's. We through 1000cc injectors in and without any change in tune the cruising was pretty much perfect. Just a little adjustment in the lo throttle to get a good 14.7 afr. So we left the injector compensation alone. Had to pull a lot of fuel in the hi but the emanage has no issue doing it. It has a fuel map like a full EMS, not like dsmlinks sliders.
Thanks! That's the kind of info I was looking for. Otherwise I probably would have washed the rings if I'd set the conversion for 1050cc's. On a side note from your other thread which I'm only half following (limited net time lately), have you figured out your boost problem? I think you said you couldn't hold boost or something? You think it's e85/emanage related or something else?

Thanks again for the info
Actually we believe its just the 16g. They dont like to hold boost at high levels.
Wanted to bump this thread with my own update, got my car running a BigT28 Killer (basically a B16G), 1050s, DSMLink, Walbro 255hp rewired, -6an fuel lines and billet filter.
Car is strong at 22psi and 19* max timing and I've a good amount more to go once I get the car leak and issue free
Well the car now has a megan 3" DP mounted to a catless dejontool 3" cat back with the magnaflow dual tip muffler. Turbo now hits 30psi at 4200rpms in 3rd and 32psi in 4th/5th. Turbo holds to about 24psi at 6500rpms. Holds and hits more boost but still cant seem to hold past 24psi.
Very cool and did I get that right, you're running 30 degrees of timing with 24psi in 3rd with no knock??
Sounds like your turbo is dead and you'd have to free up as much backpressure pre and post turbo to get the boost up to hold. Going Mafless will help with a larger inlet pipe, ditching the intercooler, running an electric dump and a huge throttle body and intake helps out.
Your better off just getting a PTE62/65 and running 10's though.
No the turbo hits 30psi and falls to about 24 bye redline. Timing is at 23* peak.
This is my brothers car but mine is pretty much the same. I will be getting v3 when I can and once speed density is released I will ditch the gm maf. Im planning on a an hx35 at 35-40psi after I get v3.
Corn right now is about 1.59/gal while crap 85 octane 1.52/gal
So, E85 isn't readily had where I'm currently at in North Carolina. However, when going to a friend's house that is literally so far off the map it doesn't register on GPS, we found a brand new BP gas station that DOES have E85. Fortunately, it's only about a 20 minutes drive from where I am right now.
This had me really excited.
However, I'm wondering if I will be able to get away running only 1050 FIC injectors with a Slowboy G60. It has the larger, 4" compressor housing. The rest of my mods are in my profile.
Do you think these injectors are large enough to push about 20psi with this currently setup? At 18lbs the car pulls quite nicely, and I was hoping to get a pretty aggressive timing curve with E85 and 20psi.
