Question Tuning Help

First off my mods:

TDO6-20G (Ported)
Ported manigold
2.5" 122 performance tubluar O2 housing
RRE 3" down pipe w/ test pipe
custom 3" with a N1 type muffler
Tial 35mm mounted off the manifold
IRC Race Core FMIC w/ short routed piping
Turbo XS BOV
Supra fuel pump (not rewired)
k&n filer w/ 2.5" intake pipe
Defi gauges (boost and egt)
Digital O2 gauge
Magnecor wires

The car is a 95 GSX.

Now my problem. I am runnig rich. like 1.098 volts on the top of third. This is with the lower honey comb removed and the MAS screw backed out all the way. With the mas stock I would run at about 1.140 volts. even with all the honeycombs out (except for the center one) it would only lean me out to about 1.023v. But I didn't like the way it would idle and always turn off. So I put the side honeycombs back in. I thought maybe that I was over running my fpr with the supra pump so I bought a b&m fuel pressure gauge to check my base fuel pressure. At idle it was at about 48psi with the vaccum line dissconnected with it connected it would be about 40psi. This is normal right? Base pressure for a 2G is 47psi right? So my fpr isn't getting over run at idle, but it might be at WOT. I order a CAS AFPR that should be here friday. Thats why I bought the gauge today, I want to check my pressure before I install the AFPR. So my O2 gauge is telling me that I am running rich but my EGT is telling me I'm running lean 1650+ temps. I have hit 1750 a couple of times. This is with the boost set at about 12-13 psi. But it will creep up about to 15-17psi, with the weather getting cold it will creep up to 19psi for a split sec at the top of third. I know I have no fuel control and no fuel injectors (they are coming soon). When I set my boost to 10-11 it will onlying creep up to about 14-15psi. I am wondering why my egt's are so high and the O2's so rich. I think my egt's are getting that high becasue of boost creep. I can reord my gauges for 40sec and when my boost starts to creep is when I shoot up past 1600 degrees. During the day it does not creep as bad, I can set it to 14psi and it will only creep to about 16psi. I have only had this set up for about 2 weeks. I went to the track last week, I ran the best of 13.2@102 at 14psi. But at night I can't run 14psi. I am just looking for some opinions on why I am runnig so rich and why my EGT's are high. I know I still have to get injectors, fuel control and a datalogger.

Thnaks for any advice you can give.

Edit- I just remember about my boost leaks. After I ran at the track, when I had the hood up I thought I heard a vacccum leak. When I got I pressure tested it and I had a big leak where the throttle body and intake manifold meet. The gasket was not on right. After I fixed that I still have a very small leak there but my boost response got better. It will hold 22psi and it will bleed of slowly to 10psi and then bleed off even slower down to 0psi. I know that a boost leak will make you run rich, but I don't think it will make me run this rich.

My guess is that you aren't running rich at all. I cant see how you would be running rich if your fuel system is stock... base fuel pressure is 43psi so you are overrunning the fpr which isnt a huge deal at this point. I bet that your o2 sensor is fugged up, cause the readings you were showing really didn't vary at all before and after the honeycombs and screw were put back in. Why did you get all this stuff without even so much as injectors? ANyhow, you should take it easy until you get injectors and an afc. 1750* is pretty damn hot to be driving at especially if its the top of 3rd, imagine the top of 4th! Are your egt's almost that hot right away or does is take a while to get there. Just a thought, which I doubt is happening, is that maybe your combustion is happening closer to the probe, afterfiring in the manny or close to it causing your egt's to sky rocket, but I just dont see tha happening as your fuel system is unaltered. Im sure you know this, but get your logger, injectors, afc and new o2 sensor and then see whats going on.

Ok i have the need for thelp , hope some one is willing to lend out a hand, could i also be overrunnin my FPR, i only have my walbro 255 and well the AFC settings are -11 to -13's in the hi settings, the 02's in the datalogger show .98 and .96 at times, but i've heard that they are not very accurate, sometimes they could be off by a couple of digits, correct me if im wrong., Take a look at these logs and can someone help me with them, why can't i get more timing

im running a 20g with a walbro 255 and stock 450cc's, set at 16 psi, (had it at 15 and was the same.)
