Ok, since last year I had this problem and its driving me nuts. At 20 psi the car is OK and making good power but when boost is turned up to 23+ its not making as much as it should. When Shifting hard 1-2,2-3 the boost falls off and the car studders for 10 seconds and then its OK. Also I had the boost up to 26psi in 3rd but its not making much more power then at 20 psi. I have done a boost leak test up to 33psi and no leaks. I have replaced the W/G(17psi spring) with brand new one. All the sensors are new, new coil pack, new resistor pack etc. I'm loosing air somewhere. I have just checked the bov and it looks fine(greddyR). compression is at 168 even. The problem is more apparent after several hot runs. I have checked/swapped Maf, Bov, W/G,Ecu, Boostcntr. any help would be great..the last log is OK at low boost. first log after 2 to 3rd you can see loss of airflow.

sounds like your just pushing hot air at that much boost, heatsoaking everything. keep the boost at a level where your car pulls its hardest. 20 psi seems to be you limit there, unless you get some better cooling (bigger fmic, meth/water inj., etc)
