palm to laptop not working
my dell xps does not have a seriel port so i got a seriel to usb adapter with driver. the computer says its working correctly and when i plug the adapter in the palm hotsync settings see it as com 4 then i hook up the palm cradel and ive tryed the cord and when i try to hotsync it does nothing what can i do besides buy a usb cable. is there a settings on the palm i need to adjust thanx
