I just upgraded to 650cc injectors as I was hitting 100% idc with my 550s. I went out yesterday to tune the car at 23psi and at 6500 rpms I hit 106% injector duty cycle. I am tuning with dsmlink and a wideband, I changed the deadtime and global fuel settings correctly. I have a 255 fuel pump and stock regulator as well. I dont know what the problem is, one of my friends thinks it could be the stock regulator, or is it possible its a problem with the ecu? Any suggestions?

sounds like you need even bigger injectors.turn the boost down to make sure it isnt something else.if it stays ~100%,you need even bigger injectors.

650s are plenty of injector for running a 48 lb/min turbo at 23psi. My friend ran 24psi on a green with 650s and was only at 8x% injector duty cycle.

Stock regulator and 650cc injectors are an oxymoron. I don't understand why your IDC would be so high see that you are probably overrunning your regulator causing it to run to rich leading your fuel trims to be too low. Anything is possible with a DSM.
