'91+ Ecu in '90 Car

I just did finished installing a '91+ ECU and Transistor in my '90 Car. I followed http://www.dsmchips.com/1990ecu.html KeyDiver's Instructions. I don't have any check engine light but now my car when I hit the throttle bogs down. And Also my SAFC RPM Zero's out after acouple minutes after running. Also now my TECH reads half the actual RPM reading only... Is there something I"m doing wrong? HELP!
