injector question

For all you that have used PTE/Delphi injectors before whil tuning with just an safc, did you have any drivability issues during a cold start or difficulties tuning with them?

I just boughyt a set of PTE 680's because I got such a great deal, but I was informed that PTE's are a lot harder to tune with than Densos or RC's because they have different deadtime, and the fuel delivery is not linear. The PTE's also use a shower head style sprayer and dont atomize as well. Since I wont be able to adjust deadtime, should I go ahead and try them out? or should I sell them an jus get some denso 660's?
