Fuel cut problem with ECU+

I got fuel cut problem. My input on the ECU+ give 2400HZ with the injecter ajustement ( got 660cc) the output frequency is 1900HZ but the engine continu to cut at 6300 rpm 15 psi of boost with EVO III turbo. Anyone can help thank you
