Weird Problems

Okay i just rebuilt my motor a little while ago and have got it back in the car and ready to fire ,but the only problem is that i have no fuel or spark. I have fuel up to the rail , but my injectors won't pulse. When i discovered these problems i searched through this forum and a lot was mentioned about cas and how these problems related directly to what i am having trouble with I also read through my Haynes book and tested the cas, the coil, and the ignition module they all tested fine ,also when the ignition is turned on I have power to the injectors. So this is making think that it could be the ecu but i just bought rebuilt ecu with new caps!!

If anybody has any ideas please share

After 3 days of guessing and trying different options i figured out that i had my cas plugged into the wrong harness duh!!

Then last night the car would start but i would just limp along run uneven and just plain crappy, so i checked all my sensors chekced for restriction in the intake and exhaust system then decided to pull the plugs then i found my problem 2 of the 4 injectors were dead so i grabbed and old 390 injector from an a/t talon and tested what would you know it runs good now.
