newb datalogging questions

finally got my palm running with mmcd.i have a couple questions..
my timing at idle is 10deg. is this normal?
also my low fuel trim is at 81% and dont move and my med and high is at 100%.are these not supposed to move around at idle? there was a site that expalined all these things but i have no idea where it is.thanks alot
