tuning: race fuel vs pump

i only found a handful of thread about race fuel tuning, and every one basicaly asked and said the same thing. "how should i adjust my tuning when adding 116 octane fuel?", "you should upp the boost and maybe lean out a little if you didnt raise the boost alot"

what i want to know is the exact opposite. if a car is tuned on c16 throughout the rpm range, and never runs on anything but c16, what would be the most effective way to detune for lower boost on pump gas(93)?
i want to lower the boost from 28 to about 20 and tune for pump gas. 20g internal gate, 660's, afc, 2g mas, pocketlogger.

should the low settings stay the same? would the lower octane even make a difference at idle and low rpm cruising? for the high settings i assume i richen up the high map untill the logger readings are within range, but will the curve be different? or will it be the same curve(in general, not exactly) with more fuel all across? or will some of the rpm range need more adjusting then other parts?
would all the TH points and everything on the afc be the same? and how about mid rpm cruising(like low boost situations, acceling on the highway and such)? would the settings be the same or would i need to compensate there too?

thanks in advance for any help.
