Well I got a pretty good built motor just need some settings
I have a walbro 255HP fuel pump, FIC 650cc injectors, soon to come aeromotive fuel pressure regulator and S-AFC2. It has the stock 14b turbo. I am at my very begining with tuning and could use some base settings to go with. If anyone knows of some good start settings I could use I would appreciate the help. Feel free to email me at dj_lethrow@hotmail.com.

This thread would be a lot more helpful if people just posted their settings and that's it. No pointless posts or people asking if anyone has their setup and if they could post their settings ... if they wanted to post them they would have already done it. Someone please clean up this thread and only leave useful posts .. not posts of people asking what their settings should be. :thumbdown

There aren't any. Anything useful is in the FAQs or on your loggers.

why do you have a pump that big on stock injectors? I guess give -5 across a try, but chances are you are going to run into problems with that stock fpr overrunning with that pump.
Depending on if you hooked the second input wire on the safc into your O2 sensor 1 you can go to sensor check and just floor your car and read the middle numbers. Keep adjusting the safc till it says roughly .92 v. Keep in mind this is not the way to do this, but generally you should have a logger first and then upgrade fuel stuff. Your low settings you'll have to do by feel and sound for now but redo them as soon as the logger comes.

BTW, having the correct fuel pressure is imperative to making correct tuning decisions. I just realized that my afpr was set to 33psi, not 43 like the stock setting. It's no wonder my safc values were so far off from everyone else's. "Why does it still want more fuel!?"

Hi,
The car is a 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX. With a FP big T28 turbo upgrade. My modifications are: FP 17PSI actuator, Manual boost controller, Injen intake, Greddy Upper intercooler pipe and type S BOV, Ported EVO III O2 sensor housing and exhaust manifold, Apex'I GT downpipe and catback, AEM AFPR with B&M gauge, Walbro 255 lph HP fuel pump, FIC 550cc injectors, Aeromotive 10 micro Fuel filter,
-6an Stainless steel braided fuel lines, MSD 8.5 mm spark plug wires, Autometer gauges, S-AFC, fuel pump is rewired, battery relocated and a few more things.
The conditions were 80 deg F (6-7PM), dry weather, 92 octane and boost level of 15 PSI that slowly raises to 17 PSI and 40 PSI fuel pressure.
These are the S-AFC settings:
Low 30% and High 80%
1000 2000 3000 4000 4500 5000 6000 7000
+1 -1 -2 -4 -4 -4 -4 -4 Low
-11 -13 -17 -25 -26 -27 -33 -33 High
The log made with a pocketlogger:
RPM----Timing---O2 #1
2324------17------0.90
3060------14------0.92
4028------11------0.92
4584------13------0.94
4980------13------0.94
5072------11------0.94
6064------15------0.94
7032------16------0.96
If this might be to anyone's help!
Sincerely
Sven

-3" intake 2g mas (1g car), one side honeycomb removed (previous owner of the mas)
-2.5" exhaust o2 housing back, no cat.
-boost: 10psi creaping fast to 19psi
-stock 450cc injectors, stock fuel pressure, stock pump (rewired)
-stock pipes, stock side mount with duct tape covering pin holes
-leaky tb shaft seal, and no other boost/vac leaks
-stock turbo (14b) and manifold (1g) unported.
low thr: +18% @ 1000rpm, +17% @ 1800 rpm, and then a faster decrease to +6% around 3000rpm.
high thr: +7% up to 3000rpm, +13% @ 4000 and so on, ending with 18% @ 7000rpm.
max d/c i've seen with this setup was 106%
3rd & 4th gear pulls on a cool even i was at 93% at the last WOT rpms.
i get awesome timing, obviously if the knock is low. don't reccomend boosting much during the hot day traffic.
