man heres my setup but its screwy. i have a 90 tsiawd and i have a 2g mas with all honey combs out and other mods are in my profile. my ne points are 1k,2k,3k,4k,4.5k,5k,6k,7k. for throttle low at 30% high at 70% for
lo settings
1k +47%
2k +43%
3k +40%
4k +40%
4.5k +40%
im still kind of breaking in my engine so i haven't floored it yet but my 550 at idle is at low fuel trim of 114 and goes to 118. i am almost maxed out on the safc the a/f gauge seesm to be ok o2 voltage seems fine just my low fuel trim. then when im driving and i accel to anythin around 50% at any rpm i start knocking so i thought it was my high settings so i made my high setting similar to my low settings and it still knocks.... it knocks till i let go of gas. my mods will be changing by end of next week but for now i was curious on why my car is acting liek this.

For all those looking to get information or settings...beware.
Example. Myself.
With all the mods i have, i should be able to run AT LEAST -15 across the board on my hi throttle side. My buddy and I did a datalogging run last night (NOSLO2PT0 on these forums) and guess what? Looking at the log, i needed at least straight *0* across the board pretty much to keep the knock count below 7. Every car is different.
I'd just hate for someone to use someone elses settings and blow the engine apart. I think its ok to reference eachothers settings...but some of you guys are looking for these settings to use on your own car. be careful.

What would be some good base settings for me.
I have a 90 Tsi AWD. My main modifications are Big16G@ 19psi, 550's, 255 lph fuel pump @ 39psi, starion fmic with 2" uicp, greddy bov, and a 3" intake w/ K&N. Other mods are in my profile but those are really the only ones that matter. I have a S-AFC2, what would be some good base settings for me. Also I will be shooting a 50 wetshot of nitrous once I get my car all tuned, should i tune any different for this?

d_tsiawd did you ever solve yur problem??
I have a new evo 16g and 550's and I am getting the same deal, low trims are at about +23% accros the board and the low fuel trim is reading 103%.
When I do WOT pulls I get serious 43 knock count and the timing gets pulled to -2deg, through the whole range. I have a new o2 sensor and knock sensor.
My problem sounds just like yours, just wanted to know if you had any luck solving it? I still get knock on WOT with + or - fuel trims on the SAFC, I have tried +20% and -20% with the same result.

Help needed
I have read all of these posts regarding initial setup of the s-afc, and have also beared witness to other posts in a different thread where members argued like school children over my problem without concluding in any positive feedback as to what I should do.
Right now most of the upper portion of the engine bay (block up) is sitting in my kitchen floor. I have several new parts awaiting installation, but I am a bit confused about how it will all go together. Here is what I have...
680cc injectors (uninstalled)
3" GM MAF & MAFT
255 lph hp fuel pump (uninstalled)
EVO III 16g (uninstalled)
A'PEXi S-AFC II (uninstalled)
3" intake w/ Weapon R dragon filter
3" UICP

Help Needed
Here is my problem...
I want to use both the MAFT (for translation purposes only) and the S-AFC II together but i am not sure how to set up the S-AFC II to cooperate with the GM MAF & MAFT. Is there something special that needs to be done to get this to work properly? Is there anyone who can advise me in the proper setup of the S-AFC II based on the other mods I have ready to go on. I am also concerned that i may have gotten my injectors too big. Are 680cc injectors too big for the other mods I have?
Please... I am seeking good advise, not flame about why I chose this particular setup, but since I am very green, I do expect constructive criticism. :o

All I would like is an "idea" of what my low throttle settings should be. I have 720's and a 50 trim t3/t4.

A logger would be a good "idea".
Personally I haven't been a fan of this from the start. Too many factors involved to go off someone elses tune, not to mention it could cost you an engine.

I have a logger. What the fu** good is that for if I'm asking for inital settings to base off of. I want low throttle settings not high. I'm not going to blow my motor up by taking someone elses low throttle settings (who has the same size injectors and turbo) and applying them to my setup. My fuel trims are fudging me all up because something isn't right. I put my low throttle at -10% across the board and it's telling me my low fuel trim is lean.... That's near impossible.
