ok I have a 95 Talon and I know that to set the base timing that I have to ground the brown plug, but here's the problem I believe that the guy that had this car before me cut the plug out for some strange reason so here's what I need, someone to tell me what colors are the wire(s) that go to the brown plug. Thats it.

thanks

Ha ha ha thats the funnies thing I have heard all day!!!!! (You can't adjust base timing on 2g's unless your running a 1g cas.)

well in a 1G it's a plug on the firewall.. i honestly don't know off the top of my head what to ground on a 2G. you can check it without grounding the wire though if you have stock cams/cam gears... it'll jsut read different (i.e base may read a little high)

Poke around in the wire loom behind the batterey, mounted on the firewall, above the porportioning valve. It should be the ONLY wire by itself. Black if I am not mistaken.
