ok. . .im about to cry over this problem, cause i ahve no idea what it is myself, but some friends say it may be the fuel system

when im drivin, i get the rpms up to about 4500, and then it just starts bouncing around jerking the car. . .almost everything was checked except the fuel system. . .i also heard it may be the o2 sensor, if anyone has had this problem, is there an easy fix, or do i have to spend $$$ to replace it?

Definitely not the O2 if it happens after close loop. At 4500rpm, the ECU is in open loop and will not look at the O2 reading for feedback anymore.

I would change the plugs to NGK copper if you havent already, check the plug wires and also do an intake leak test.
It does sound like you have a boost leak from your description.

my talon is an esi. . .is it possible to have a boost leak?
i bought new wires and spark plugs, i am going to put those in a give it a whirl today. . .i will keep the post updated

i bought bosch platinum2 spark plugs, and double silicoln wires (its all i had money for)

ok. . .big prob. . .replaced the plugs and wires, didnt fix. . . diagnostic told me to replace o2 sensor, so i did that too. . .still didnt fix. . .how do i perform an intake test?

Yeah, didnt notice you have a non turbo. I dont know too much about them but i say my friends 2G RS has MAP instead of MAS. Besides, you wont be building boost on the intake side so intake leak is not necessary. In your case, it could only be spark or fuel issues unless the MAP is not acting correctly. As someone already suggested, try change the fuel filter.
