Need trubo help in SE PA (West Chester)

Just striped out two bolts in my T25. The turbo may be shot or on its way out anyway (shaft play and smoke). Does anyone in the area have some experience with these, or know where i can take it to have it looked at. I'm just not sure that its worth going through the effort of taping it and getting helicoils.
